Delete your account

You can delete your yabidi account and all of its data at any time, right in the app.

In the app

  1. Open yabidi and sign in.
  2. On the Summary tab, tap the profile icon at the top right.
  3. Scroll to Data and tap Delete my account and data.
  4. Confirm with Delete account.

Button names may differ slightly while the English version of the app is being finished.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and sign-in details
  • All accounts, transactions, budgets, goals and debt plans
  • Recurring payments, reminders and notifications
  • Your chat history and the assistant’s memory
  • The devices registered for notifications

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone. Copies in our backups are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Have a subscription?

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. Cancel first on your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Want a copy first?

Open Profile › Data › Export my data to save your transactions as a CSV file before you delete.

Can’t open the app?

Email privacy@yabidi.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Write from the address you use with yabidi if you can, and tell us whether you sign in with Apple, Google or email. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we’ll reply within 30 days.

If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, you can write from any address. We’ll help you confirm that the account is yours.
